Résumé

A standardized profiling method based on high performance liquid chromatography combined with mass spectrometric detection (MS) was established to identify and quantify fifteen flavone glycosides in eight tea cultivars. Phenomenex C18(5 μm, 250 × 4.6 mm) column was used at 30 ℃,0.1% formic acid and acetonitrile were used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 0.7 ml/min, and detected at 360nm. The gradient elusion was as follows: 5%~15% acetonitrile in 0~25 min; 15%~25% acetonitrile in 25~43 min; 25%~85% acetonitrile in 43~62min. The dry gas temperature was 200 ℃ and nebulization gas pressure was 55.0 psi.
