Swiss blue SMEs are niche SMEs specialized in technologies addressing sustainable development challenges, which are particularly acute and urgent in East Asian emerging economies. Sectors of Swiss SME specialization are diverse such as in agro-food safety and food security, human health and life sciences, air and water treatment, pollution control and waste management, renewable energies, new building materials, urban mobility and transport facilitation, other clean technologies, etc.
