Résumé

This study examines the processes through which an entrepreneurial firm alters its business model through the process of business model innovation. Adopting a single- case study approach, this research identifies eight distinctive subprocesses that were grouped into three aggregate processes that enable businesses to innovate their business model. The findings contribute to the literature on enduring entrepreneurship by building theory on how business model innovation occurs in a dynamic environment.
