The transition to birth is not limited to a societal image of happiness and well-being. It includes challenges, questions and reconsiderations. The crying of the newborn sometimes generates stress and consultations are frequent. The objective is to develop, with the help of health professionals, an eco-systemic intervention with the families oriented on the resources and the protective factors. The study follows a mixed exploratory sequential quote with a qualitative focus. Experimentation with families of protective-factors based support has led to a more positive intervention that supports parenting skills.
