Résumé
Ce texte met en lien l’animation socioculturelle et le concept d’intergénération d’abord d’un point de vue théorique, puis illustré par l’action puisant à l’animation d’une association pour l’accompagnement social à domicile. L’apport théorique s’appuie sur le concept de multi-générativité et les quatre modèles d’interaction entre les générations de Höpflinger pour mettre en lumière en quoi la posture et les rôles inhérents à l’animation socioculturelle conduisent la profession à agir dans le champ émergeant des interactions entre générations. L’illustration proposée montre comment l’animation fait d’une transaction économique une action communautaire dans un esprit associatif.
This text puts in link sociocultural community development and the concept of intergeneration at first from a theoretical point of view, then illustrated by the action from an association for the social support at home. The theoretical contribution leans on the concept of « multigénérativité » and four models of interaction between the generations of Höpflinger to highlight in what the posture and the roles inherent to sociocultural community developers lead the profession to act in the appearing field of interactions between generations. The proposed illustration shows how sociocultural community development makes of an economic transaction a community action in an associative spirit.
Este texto pone en lazo la animación sociocultural y el concepto de intergeneración primero de un punto de vista teórico, luego ilustrado por la acción que saca de la animación de una asociación para el acompañamiento social a domicilio. La aportación teórica se apoya en el concepto de « multigénérativité » y los cuatro modelos de interacción entre las generaciones de Höpflinger para poner en evidencia en qué la postura y los papeles inherentes a la animación sociocultural conducen la profesión a actuar en el campo que emerge de interacciones entre generaciones. La ilustración propuesta muestra cómo la animación hace una transacción económica una acción comunitaria en un espíritu asociativo.
